My I140 ND is July 9th, as a Registered Nurse (RN). Section: Skiller Worker/Professional. Since I need to go abroad next month, I axiously want to know if I could get my AP before Oct. 10.
Does anybody know whether CA center processes nurse cases separately? (Vermont Center does.)
Does anybody know the case of RN?
Generally, how long will it take for I140 and I131 approved?
