I am ready to send AOS package, here is my situation:
1.USC spouse made below 125% below poverty line last year ($13,000) and is not making that much this year probably the same amount because working part-time and full-time student. So I do understand that I will need a co-sponsor and/or proof of asset
2.My resume is public on some job sites and some recruiters try to hire me and actually want to hire ASAP with relocation assistance, good benefit etc...In their screening when they ask if I am eligible to work in the US i always YES so that i will not put an end to the opportunities and to keep that bridge in order to "hold" that job until I get thru this GC process.
Which adjustement of status form exactly the USC spouse and the co-sponsor will need to file?
If not able to have a co-sponsor how much money needs to be shown as an asset in savings?
I really to need to start working ASAP since I have no income that makes sense so how would I expedite EAD? Would it help to expedite with an offer letter? I know HR folks have 3days to check ID's an run e-verify. They have actually schedule a face to face interview in august.
