questions about I-130, Please help clarify

So i keep reading about people talking about 130 being approved. The only two cases I have listed online for me are my 485 and 765 application. Should I be monitoring the 130. Me and my wife have looked through our paperwork but can't seem to find the notice for that one. I know they cashed the check for it, and I remember seing the notice, but we seem to have misplaced it. Is it really important to have this notice for 130. Anything I should be aware of, or concerned? Everything seem to be fine, I had my biometrics and got my EAD now just waiting for the interview. Does that mean everything is ok on their end? Can someone please help me clarify this?

When I130 and I485 package are filed together, usually I130 is approved at the same time as I485 during the interview. I130 may be approved earlier. I130 establishes the relationship upon which I485 is based and its approval is required before I485 can be approved.

Everything is moving fine with your case. It is good to have receipt numbers for all the forms you have filed with USCIS i.e. I130, I485, I765, I131 etc. in case you need to inquire about any of them. If you cannot locate receipt for I130 but if you paid I130 fees by personal check you may be able to find I130 receipt # on the back of your cashed check. Many banks scan the front and back of cashed checks and make them available online.
