first of all, i am not sure if i am in the right forum, if i am not, can someone please direct me to the correct one, thank you.
i am here cause a friend of mine has limited internet, and she has questions towards the aos by marriage,
1. when she files for a I-130 and I-485 will she have to enter her former Gc number in the forms ?
2. will her having a former unknowingly abandoned gc ( living abroad for over 10 years ), give her problems with filing a new aos , marriage to a usc ?
3. does she need to file I-407 before she files for a new gc ?
4. what would happen if she files for aos if she didnt file I-407 ?
any help would be appreciated
