Hi,

I am just about to file I-140 and 485 concurrently.

I had some questions regarding G-325a and 485

1. In the question in G-325a, which asks to list all addresses in the past 5 years, can we include both US and foreign (indian in this case) addresses?

2. When I came to US, I was staying at my company's guest house in NJ for 2 months till I got a client and then relocated to CT. Do I include the NJ address too in the column for listing addresses? (Note : My Soc. Sec. Card has NJ address).

3. As a consulant, I may get relocated sometime in the future. Is this a bad thing during 485? Should I specify some other address if I anticipate something like this?

Yes, include all US and foreign addresses for the past five years, including your NJ one.
You need not specify future addresses; if your certified LC includes variour unanticipated locations in the US that is fine.

So, that means if my 485 gets filed, and I have to relocate, its not a big deal? I will have to inform abt the address change, right?

If you move to another BCIS sevice center, does your I-485 have to be transferred to the corresponding center?
