If you cannot be there on the specified date, you can visit any other Wednesdays. Wednesdays are walk-ins. Depending on their workload, they will accept you, even if you visit them on any Wednesday before your appointment time. As a matter of fact, my FP is scheduled for April 6th and I got it done in last Wednesday of February, as I have some other commitments during mid-March to late April.
