Questions about Form I-765

Quick question about Question #16 on Form I-765:

Anyone filed I-765 concurrently with I-130, I485 as a spouse of USC? should I put "(c) (9) (A)" there as Eligibility?

Under (c) (9), there are 3 different categories:

A. Adjustment Applicant--(c)(9).

B. Adjustment Applicant Based on Continuous
Residence Since January 1, 1972--(c)(16).

C. Renewal EAD for National Interest Waiver
Physicians.

anyone else put "(c) (9) (A)" ?

I submitted my application in 2007. I am a permanent resident and back them the answer would be (c) (9) (nothing else here)...

But if now they have categories, my money would be on (c) (9) (A)

nowwhat2005...you still have to write/ print (c)(9) ...A,B,C are just options. You DO NOT write them in the application.
