Questions about Form I-130

Hi,

Need your help on Form I-130

Question #14 on the form:

Your relative arrived as a:________.
Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94: __________________.

I arrived as a visitor and later changed my status to F1. So I put "Visitor" on the first part of the question.
However, the date on my old I-94 for visitor's visa has expired. My new I-94 for F1 has "D/S (duration of status)" as the authorized date of stay.

Which date should I put here and if I put D/S, do I need to mention my new status.

i was in the exact situation, on your new I-94 you dont have a date, go put the date from the I-20 , there should be a date there when your student status will expire
