Hi there

I have some questions about Section C question #17 and #21.

How should I answer question #17 "List husband / wife and all children of your relative".

If the beneficiary is my wife, who should I list the names under question #17? We do not have any childred together.

In question #21 If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived togher. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country).

she lives in Taiwan and I live in US. Even thought we will be getting married in Taiwan, but we never "lived" together. However, I do stay in her house when I visit her, and I plan to either stay in her house, or in hotel by the time we are going to get married in Taiwan.

What address should I put for question #21? Must Question #21 be answered?

If you want "any helps...to be helpful" I suggest that you should post the full question not only the question number, cause if you go by number is kind of difficult for us to look for the forms and find out what exactly you're looking for.

P.S. I've posted in the Citizenship forum a question for you in two different threads, I was hoping that you will answer it. Thanks.

I think you should put only yourself as husband and that's it.

In question #21 If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived togher. (Include street, city, province, if any, and country).

The correct and honest answer is: NONE

Sorry to ask this with other's thread. But I have question in the same item on I-130.

I'm USC, and I am applying for my wife's GC. And we basically have lived together 2 years before we got married. After we moved to current address, we got married. So in this case, we still need to fill with our last address even we hadn't gotten married. Correct?

Yes just give the last address at wich you lived together in my understanding, if you still live together, is the current address.


And this is our thread, doesn't belong to anyone in particular, so you (or anybody else for that matter) are welcome to post question or answers related to the topic. :)

But shouldn't I put the "last" address at which we live together instead of current one? And there's a space next to that question needs us to put "From: (month) (year)" and "To: (month) (year)". So if I put current address, how I am going to fill out that "To: (month) (year)" ?

Do you live together or not? :confused:
If yes, then your last address is the current one.
The answer to "To: (month) (year)" would be "Present".
