I am currently on H-1 Visa and my company is planning to file for my Green Card under EB3 catagory.
I need suggestion here whether to file under EB2 or EB3 catagory.
I have master's degree from US and about 2~3 years of work experience in USA.
Can somebody pls suggest what is the favorable catagory to apply with under new PERM rules, EB2 or EB3.
What could be the pros and cons for each catagories mentioned above and what is the avarage processing time under it.
Lately i heard there are many rejection under PERM rule and new rules are stringent/confusing.
So i am bit confused here, if someone can provide suggestions/informations that will be very helpful.
