Hi All.
I filed I485/EAD/AP to VSC after I received I140 approval notice. Can anyone estimate current processing time for AP or EAD in this kind of case. I may need to travel oversea soon. Will VSC mingle this application with I140/485 concurrently filing cases which may delay decisions on my EAD/AP?
In worst case, is that possible I duplicately apply AP/EAD in local INS office while I have applicaiton ongoing in VSC?
