Me and my husband, when we filled out all forms (I-130, I-485, I-693,...), we used the address of my husband's mother. This because my husband always use his mother's address for everything including when he applied for US citizenship (N-400), eventhough he actually lived at other address. His driver license, his mails, his social security number, and everything use his mother's address. So when we filled out all forms, we decided to use his mother's address for everything..it means supposing that i lived in his mother's house after marrigae.
Now Form I-130 requires us to submit any evidence that bona fides of the marriage. Since actually me and my husband rented the apartment (contract started on March 1, 09) to live together (then we got married on Mar 17,09) should we also submit the lease contract of this apartment with the I-130? Is this gonna make confusion or any problems to us later on when USCIS review our case and see the unconsistency?
Anyway, other than the lease contract, we also have car title in both of our name, bank account opened together to submit with the I-130. Do you think if these evidence are enough? Thank you.
