Questions about AC21

Hello All,
I got lof of info already in this site about AC21. still i want to bring this up and get more clear info about my case.

Here are my details.

Labor filed with employer X - 05/2003 - EB3
LC approved - 09/2003
I140 approved - 11/2003
1485 filed- 05/2004
i got first EAD around 06/2004, and started working thru EAD.now i am at 3rd EAD. i have changed my employer from X to Y around 10/2004(after 180 days) and I did not file AC21.
now i am planning to take permanent position at company C
Do i need to file AC21 now? or can wait for REF? filing AC21 now will cause any problem of not filing for the first time.?if i wait for Ref , then file AC21, whill they ask previous compnay w2 or paystubs.. or only present compny w2?

All your help regarding this is really appreciated.

I'd say wait for RFE, because you case seems like a clear case of a "frivilous case". Going by dates, one gets an impression that you used your GC sponsoring company just for getting GC. If USCIS denies this case it might be difficult to prove that you acted in good faith.

Ground reality is that most people wait for the ability to quit after getting GC, but unfortunately perception matters sometimes.
