Questions about AC21, Please help.

My I-140 just got approval, I-485 over 180 days. Will be laid off by the end of June.
1)Can apply my second EAD when I lose my job? EAD will expired on October.
2)How do I know if my employer revoke my I-140?
3)How long could I stay in USA to find the job after being laid off?

Sorry to hear of that bad news. I believe your employer will not be able to revoke I140 after 485 pending over 180 days. That's something you really should not worry about at this moment. Try hard to land another similar job ASAP. You are OK.

No. Please aplly for EAD NOW. Then it will be approved by Septemeber else go to local office after 90 days and get an interim EAD.

Ans2.
You will get a letter from USCIS about I-140 revoke. You will get a NOID(notice of intent to deny) I-485 after I-140 is revoked.

Be good with employer. How do you know if they will inform USCIS? Have they done in past with others? If they do, then please tell them to wait. You need to have a year passed after I-140 approval before using AC21.

Ans3.
10 days. If appealed then you are safe until the decision of appeal is reached. Start looking for a job in same or similar occupation NOW.
