questions about A# on I-485form

Hi, I am an F1 who is currently in student optional pratical trng(OPT). I married USC and planed to file I-485 form. I am kinda confused about A# here.
When I got my EAD card for F1 OPT,I found there is an A# on it. I wonder whether this is the A# that I should fill in the I-485 form? Or each application has its own A#?
Also,if my husband is USC, then he should not have A#,right?

Actually, if he is a naturalized citizen, his A# would be on his naturalization certificate.
