Hi guys
I received the 2nd NL
The letter says I need to fill out DS230 part 2 but I already sent this form to KCC after receiving my winning notification.
Will the consular officer be in possession of this form on the day of interview?
Also,do I need a form I-864 if I can prove I have enough savings?

Hi, what case number do you have? The KCC just want to know that you won't become a charged or problem for goverment. If you have got a relatives or friends who live there may be very good.

Could you post scanned 2nd NL?

Hi, I guess you forgot to enter some data in the form then. I can't see any other reason.
 
no i didnt forget anything....its a standard instruction form that was enclosed with the 2nd NL that said that.
