Hi,
Although I am in the same job and same position with the same company, I moved from one state to the other. Luckily, both states fall under the CSC jurisdiction. I have a few questions:
(a) When I file the AR-11, do I have to file an AR-11 for my wife as well? Both our cases are pending AOS for over 18 months
(b) Is there a strong likelohood of an issueance of RFE or a transfer of case to the local center? If yes, which of the two is more likely?
