i sent a filled out AR-11 form by ordinary mail after my wifes address change, but i will continue to live at the old address.

is there some place i have to call by phone to update the new address for her 485 proceedings. also should i have sent the original mail as a certified letter and caN I make amends now it has been about 2 weeks since address change

You better call that often useless 800# and have the address changed. I've read from this forum that often time their system wouldn't be updated until you call them up no matter what kind of mail (AR-11) you had sent.

True... the AR-11 will only go to a HUGE pile somewhere in BCIS warehouse... but you have to file it anyway! It's your obligation and it's THE LAW!
