HI all,

Did anyone got approved thru AC21 after joining companies like Satyam or Wipro after six months of AOS ?

The reason for my question is if you are laid off and join one of these companies I guess the emp letter will specify the location as any Indian city, but you could be working here on an assignment.

Can anyone shed some light on this kind of situation.

This is against the requirements for employement-based greencard, i.e. the job has to be permanent, full-time in the U.S.
