Hi,

I am planning to bring my mother for VISITING for six months. As my I-485 pending since 16 months, is it ok to sponser for my mother. or is it going to be a problem ?

Not a problem

There is absolutely no issue on this, send your 485 application copy and H1B/EAD copies along with visa application papers
