I am currently in the US working with a company and have a valid H-1B visa. My fiance is in Dubai, UAE. We both are Indian citizens and plan to get married in December 2002. Does any one know what is the procedure to get ones spouse to the US?
 
H-4 in Dubai or Mumbai?

Thanks Jim for your response. Would you know that after Sep 11, would it be a better idea if we applied for her H-4 in Dubai, UAE or instead apply in Mumbai.
