Hi,
I just called the automated system at NSC, their recorded message was something like this--
"On Nov 20th 2002 after approving your application we ordered you a new card, processing normally takes between 420-460 days, your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready"
I don't quite understand the *new* part and the number of days?I got a stamp on my passport in March 02, and INS didn't mention any interview.
What should I make of this?
