Hi All!
Got a Question, Hope some one can answer this:
My husband is a landed immigrant in Canada. I’m in the process of applying my immigration from US. In the mean while I want to go for a visit to Canada to see my husband. My question here is do I get my Visitor visa, as I’m a potential immigrant?
Note: Few months back my employment-based visa was rejected with a reason that I’m a potential Immigrant as my husband is in Canada.

Thanks!

***IF you are married and your Spouse is Landed immigrant in Canada and is staying in Canada he can Sponser you from Canada, being a spouse you do not need to apply for your Immigration and your Husband is not subject to minimum income
that way you can get your immigration paper 6-8 months time

** 99% you will be refused Visitor Visa becase of the same reasons that you are potential Immigrant and in reality you are.

If your husband is working in canda on PR . then he can sponser u from there as dependent , like h4 visa for US .But u cannot work in Canada. The whole process will take abt 6-8 months even more that depends on your medical results.

Onec u applied they will create file# it will take 16 weeks , then within 2 weeks they will send you medicals ,once they received the medical and your background check, they will issue visa for you .
Onething I can suggst here , if you hav higher degree please dont specify , if it all they want to verify your educational credentials it may take time , but i am not sure .

Good Luck and enjoy the life with your husband

cheer!!!!!
