hi.
i'm a medical student from india.i have one simple question.
i wanna migrate to america after my studies.can i take my parents with me? i have a brother.he's living in the u.s now.

You may only petition your parents after you become a citizen.

You are putting the cart before the horse. You do not even have a guest worker visa much less a green card. If your brother is a citizen, he can petition for all of you. If he is only a student, guest worker or LPR, he can do nothing for any of you.
