What is the limit to use AC-21 option ? In other words, can I use it multiple time if I need to ? I am frustrated with this retro crap and waiting for the PD to move. I am seriously thinking of using AC-21 to grab a better oppurtunity. Will multiple use of AC-21 create any issue in 485 approval ?

So gurus, please share any information which might help me.

I am not a guru, but I've paid lawyer to talk about it:
Fortunately there is no limit. I am ultra conservative and I was reluctant to use it, but I decided to go forward with AC21. If I find a job I wanted, I will use it and not even bother to send letter to USCIS.

While filing for EAD and AP, we have to submit employer details... Does USCIS EAD/AP department look at previous EAD/AP and match details, may be not. Just curious.......

My lawyer applies for my EAD and AP but I am sure that we do not have to provide employer information when we file for these. The forms for both EAD and AP do not ask for any employer information.

I have changed two jobs using AC21. I dont think there is any problem changing the job if you are getting good break in terms of money and better place/work. Then go ahead.
NO one knows what will happen tomorrow with GC process but atleast you earn all the money you can get. Again this is my thinkning......

I think that is true. Even if you keep your sponsoring job, there is no guarantee you will get GC anyway. I am wondering how many percent risks AC21 would introduce to the process ? 5% ?

Thank you guys for your help. It relived some stress, because I am ultra conservative and could continue with things without my will. But, I think not being proactive in grabbing better opportunity at this point will be like “axing own legs”.
