My ex-wife and I have the same time for everytihng. We send the las FRI to USCIS, the same day. Her LUD change on October 19, 2005, and change another on October 28, 2005. The thing is that both the last LUD say the same.
On October 18, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
Some body knows, Why do they change her status on line and they put the same message?
