I got a NOID on March 8th. There was an H1 approval lost (so they thought I had been out of status) and the doctor "forgot" to sign the vaccination form before putting it in the sealed envelop. I replied with a copy of the lost H1 approval and a new (hopefully signed) vaccination form on March15th.
So here are my questions:
Does somebody knows how long does it take for NSC to answer after response to a NOID?
Is there a way to contact and make sure they received the info, since they only give you 30 days to answer.
My file has been a mess. I got a i-140 approved in TSC, but then I moved to other jub thus my file should have moved to NSC, but it got lost so I had to resubmit the i-140 to NSC
