My father is in deathbed. My sister cannot go(as her pregnancy wasnot good and her child wasstillborn). So my wife has to go and take care of my father for an indefinite period of time.
if 485 comes when she is away, how can she come back?
If 485 approves when she is out of country ? there will be no problem because she is not primary applicant and she should travel on AP ,So make sure that she travels with vaild AP .
