question with n-400 fee

i send my applicaiton with fees a week ago.
yestday i check my bank.
the check was there 11/28.
but today i just saw
11/29/05 REVERSAL DBL POST CK# 0099 +$400.00
its got returned to me.
should i call em ask why ?
or maybe theres mistake in my application .or it get denial?
