Question: What is the RD when case is transferred ? Please Help

Hello All,
My I-485 (EB2-Employment Based Authorization) was filed on ApRIL 2002.
Now, my case has been transferred to the Houston Distirct Office.
What is the processing date in this situation ?
I see Houston is processing cases for October 2004.
Does this mean, my case will be reviewed sooner because it is past the processing time, or will the USCIS in its infinite wisdom decide that my clock starts from MAy 19, 2005 (the date my case was transferred) ?
I am really depressed...
Please Help.

It depends

On the office, some offices the RD is your original RD like Charlotte, others is the date they receive the file at the local office, it usually takes between 3 - 6 months to schedule an interview but again this depends on the office.
