Any one can give me some info on following
I have an approved I140 (from perm EB2) with much later Priority date
I also have an old TR labor EB2 in BEC with much early PD
if it can be approved, I will use it to apply another I140
My question is if my second I140 get denied, will it have any negative impact on my first approved I140 from perm.
all above is for same person same job same company and slightly different job description
