Hey brother, do you think the INS will requested me for RFE or RFI? Also tell me what do they mean? I sent all medical papers to the INS when I filled for GC (I-485).

I doubt you will get a RFI. Reason I say this is because your BIO is already one. Usually RFI is initial step and then BIO. Rfe is the final step. It really depends on your application. Sometimes people forget to sign something..sometimes there are other things..SO if you get a RFE really depends on what the officer looks at and if its complete.

Hi there, I'm on asylee status. The application is called: I-730 Refugee Asylee Application. But I'm on asylee derivative from my dad's asylum. I hope my 6 years of waiting almost ended. I read one of your posts that you are from Colombia, I'm from Guatemala.
