Last month everybody signed the petition for I485 backlog reduction. In fact that petition is still the first post on this forum. And your follow up message had been posted later that the petition had been sent out. However, it has not changed anything to the practice of NSC. I am wondering did you received any responses from NSC at all for that petition? Are they suppose to respond to it or they can just ignore it? Can you send them the petition again just as a reminder to them?
I think the bottom line is that we can not wait for 3 years for our I485 approval, it is just not fair! WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW!
