Question to Pcee and other Guru\'s

Pcee you mentioned that INS is now picking cases with Jan 19th resumed messages.
But there was this guy 98PD_waiting who never got the processing resumed message and still got approved.
Do you know why that happened?
I am interested because I did my FP on Dec 13th 2001 and my message is still ..pending review...

Can anyone throw light on this?
