Question to KVSK or Aduks

Tried to follow the steps found on the tread to find exact status after receipt more than two weeks ago, but they refused to give me the status, arguing that they can give info only regarding approved cases.

Did you say that your case is approved and you just did not get the approval notice?

Well, I think it depends on who you talk to. If you have the not so good luck of talking to uncooperating agent, they make things difficult. When I called regarding my case, I did not even know if I have been approved or not. I just told the agent that I am calling to check the status of my case. He asked for my LIN # and my name, and just told me the status. That is how I got to know that I have been approved 3 wks ago.

You might wanna give it some time and try back again. May be you will be lucky to get a better person that will answer your question. I will give it another week and call back again. Hopefully a different person will pick it up and will be able to assist you.

It happens like that sometimes when you get wrong person.
Hang in there, it will soon be over.
