Question to Joef and other gurus

My 485 got approved in Aug2003(RD 12/2001 NSC ). My wife’s RD is 02/2003(filed after marriage). If I change my address(within 3 miles) will her case be transferred to Local office or anyway it will be transferred because it was filed late. My company will be shutting down in July’04. If her case is transferred and I don’t have any job will it be a problem during the local interview?
