Saw your post regarding the EAD/AP renewal.
I think mine's a simpler issue. Been with thesame company all theyears. Same company's H-1 and now same company's GC.
EAD expires on 01/10/03. Neither me nor my wife used EAD for work. We still are on H-1/H-4 statuses. We never applied for AP. Do we have to go for EAD renewal??? Or can weskip that and wait for approval???
