Ok....
1.When a case is said that its under "review" does it mean that its with an examiner? or it has passed the examiner and its with someone else?
2.Is there a sequence in issuing an RFE for a particular case? say for instance a case has received two RFEs one for employment letter and the other for medical or geo info....which one would be issued first?
3. If a person is the primary applicant, Does he/her case and spouse\'s case go to two different examiners or both the cases are considered to be one "single" case and goes to one particular examiner?...please note that both would have a different EAC number.

I am just trying to figure out a pattern hence these questions.

Thanks
Phil

3. In my case it looks like it went to the same examiner since the RFE was issued for both me and my wife at the same time.
2. I guess all the evidences will be asked at the same time unless the examiner, you know how good(or bad) they are, overlooked it the first time

The case would be considered under review if it is with the officer and if the officer is working with it with many other cases at the same time. And the cases of primary applicant and dependents would be adjudicated at the smae time.
