As you know VSC processing EB3 I140 much faster than Eb2, my questions is, can we use the same Eb2 labor to file another I-140 under Eb3 category? zbcx12's posting says his attorney applied for 2 I-140s' (one each in Eb2 and EB3) using a single Labor certification.
So, for those LC's PD date earlier than Jan 2002, and still stuck in EB2 140, and eager to use Ac21 to change job, Is it a good idea to file another 140 under Eb3? How does it impact already concurrent filed 140/485 case?
