Hi,

First time user in this forum. I am getting ready to file I 140 with premium processing and had a question related to which service center should be selected. My company is based in Baltimore,MD.

My attorney is filing the application with the Nebraska Service Center. Do I fall under the Vermont Service Center? Should I ask the attorney to file at VSC.

Pls advise.

I think now all I-140 application are filed with Nebraska service center. The applications are then moved to other centers. USCIS makes a decision as to what center will process an application.

Correct.

When the bi-specialization phase III gets implemented, East and South will be under the jurisdiction of TSC while the rest under NSC.
