My Corp. applied eb3 labor certification (LOC) for me in California three years ago (in process now). I moved to Seattle recently and worked remotly from here. Both my working company and my job position are not changed. My question is: Should I need to move back to California if my LOC get approved and I want to apply for 140 and 485? What is the law requirement for such issue (article #)? Your kindly help is highly appreciated.
