Question regarding using EAD

Hi,
My H1b expiring this month.
I have EAD till Jan 2004.

Do I need to inform employeer that to use that EAD ?

Do I have to fill any special form ?

I think you have to fill out I 9 form.. your employer should be aware of t his.

U have only 2 months left. Without EAD/H1-b u can't work.
