Question regarding to Notice of Action(I 797)

Hi,
I am new to I 485 procedure. My company\'s lawyer has recently filed I 485 along with EAD and Advance Parole for me and my wife.
So my question are as follows.

1.Will I get 3 different Notice of action(I 797) for I 485, EAD and advance parole or one notice includes all of three ???

2. will my wife also get this Notice of Action separately or it will be same for both of us???

3. Can I track this some how from VSC??

Please help.

Yes, you will get three different receipts separately for you and your wife. You can call AVM at 802-527-4913, key in the receipt numbers and find out the status of each case.

Thanks for your reply this cleared up my some doubts.

Now it sounds really strange but true that my company doesn\'t give out any receipt number from lawyer as it is so called "Company policy ". I know this from my colleagues.

 So I am not sure how can I get EAC number for all of these??
Can I ask immigration officer to send me courtesy copy of all I 797??? or I can just ask them EAC# on phone.???
What is the telephone # to speak with Immigration Officer??
  Please help.

I don\'t believe the IIO will send you a courtesy receipt. I have heard of people on this board getting their EAC nos on phone from the IIO by giving their address etc ( I am not sure what details are asked). You can reach an IIO at the same number on working days during office hours, provided you can hold for a long time.Best of luck.

once you get your EAD card ....you can call up the IIO with your A# and he will provide you with receipt nunbers of your 485....
