Folks, I was wondering whether all the RFE\'s that people get regarding earnings/tax filing etc. at the time of adjudication is in addition to they having provided all this information at the time of filing 485? My lawyer filed all this information with my 485 already. Yet should I expect to get an RFE once my file gets to an Immigration Officer? (just curious though I have a long wait ahead - ND 09/00). Thanks.

I am sure every I485 application usually includes all the pertinent info but yet INS issues RFE.. The reasons could be many but I think they do it to check applican\'t continued employment prior to approving I485 given the humongous delay and that people may be changing jobs...
