Question regarding the priority date PD

Hi,

I have a following query regarding the priority date.
I know that for an Employment based GC, The PD or Priority Date is the date when the LC application was filed.

I have filed one LC on March 2003 in NY with company A. Since the application was taking too long.. I filed a new LC in New Hampshire with a new company B in Dec 2004.

My question is that.. what happens to my priority date... ??
I heard that Priority date is attached to an individual and not to a LC application.... so it its true my PD is Mar 2003.. but if its false... my PD is Dec 2004.

any help and information in this regard will be appreciated...

To my knowledge, one of the LC would be certified, and DOL would ask you to withdraw the other LC. So, your PD will be the one that got approved. You may double check with some attr.
