question regarding status

Gurus,

I am currently in H1(8th yr extension). Also my I485 has been going on for ever (Jan 2004, EB3).

I am starting part time MBA this fall.

As far as I no there is no restriction to pursue part time education while in doing job in H1 visa. Can you please confirm this.

No restricition!!!

There is no restriction in doing your part time MBA while on H1B. I too am on H1B and am doing my part time MBA.
