Question regarding RFE acknowledgement and Officer # 16

Hello All,
1) I had an RFE issues on June 21, for Immunization records, and medical.
We sent the tests back immediately, but am yet to see the status updated on the web site ? Anyone else have this lag time?
Is there a certain time frame, when my response witll be acknowledged ?

2) i presume, my officer is Officer # 16. Could anyone shed light on his/her speed of processing ? Has anyone been processed with this particular officer before ?

As Many ppl shared the online system even not updated in case of FP/issued/received/ , or sometime RFE Ackg too... few thread claims over 90 days they hear nothing.... so best thing is if u know the Officer No thats good

try this

try to call and reach if u can reach him/her at phone. if not then compose a very nice letter in professional style english (on Attorney letterhead-will be good ). ask very politely and expresssing ur concern about ackg online. give ur PHone /ekail fax.... and see if it help.... try ur luck.
