Question regarding Revalidation

Here's my situation guys...

My H1 expired 15th NOV 2003.
Extension Filed 24th June 2003.
Just got my extension approved on 20th Jan 2004.
Got an appointment at the Cuidad Juarez embassy on March 1st for Revalidation.

My question...... Can I get my Visa revalidated in Mexico or should I go to India because my first H1 expired.

You can also revalidate your visa in the US if H1 visa did expire more than 1 year before. See visa relavidation on State department website.
