Hi Guys,
if I use AC21 and join another company B after 6 months of pending I-485.
After getting my Green Card , do I still have to work with the Company A or Company B for a specified period of time .
For e.g. If I get my greencard when I am working for company B using AC21, do I have to work for some period with them or I can quit right away within a month.
Another Question, after 6 months of pending I485, if I start working on 1099 and get my green card whicle me working on 1099, what is the time period and with whom I should be working in that case for a while before working freely to anyone.
how risky is it to work on 1099 after 6 months of I485 pending and EAD instead of using AC21 and joining another company.
