I'm currently a GC holder, and eligible to apply Citizenship right now. My son who is over 21 is currently living foreign country, and I want to invite him to the U.S. He is currently unmarried, but he has a fiance. They are planning to get married very soon, so they both need to come to the U.S. So, if they want to come to U.S. as soon as possible, what options does he have? I own a business, so can I invite him through E2 visa and then apply for family based GC? Or maybe he can come in as F1 and apply for family based? (is that even possible?)
